Big Tech and the Dutch payment market: tightening of rules needed to maintain a level playing field* Big Tech companies such as Apple, Facebook, Amazon, or Ant Group (Alibaba) must ensure that their platforms or devices are suitable for different providers of payment services. The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) argues in favor of a level playing field for all providers of payment services, now and in the future.
