Mergers: Commission approves acquisition of Armstrong's ceilings business outside the Americas by Knauf, subject to conditions* The European Commission has conditionally approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of Armstrong World Industries' ceilings business outside the Americas ("Armstrong") by Knauf.
