On 20 December 2017, the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania issued a decision [1] finding that two construction companies: UAB IRDAIVA and AB PST breached the Lithuanian Law on Competition by entering into anti-competitive joint bidding agreement. UAB IRDAIVA was imposed a fine of EUR 3.6 million and AB PST fine reached EUR 8.5 million.
