The Polish Competition Authority sanctions brand watches distributor for fixing prices with its distributors (PHU Jubiler)

On 31 December 2013 the Polish Competition Authority (PCA) sanctioned brand watches importer and distributor PHU Jubiler [1] for unlawful fixing with its distributors of minimum prices offered to consumers by retail sellers [2]. The amount of fine reached almost 1 mln PLN (expressis verbis 819,496.16 PLN, which is circa 205.000 EUR).
