The Polish Competition Authority sanctions a brand watches distributor for fixing prices with its distributors (Anyro & Co)

On 31 December 2013 the Polish Competition Authority (PCA) sanctioned brand watches wholesale and retail distributor Anyro & Co [1] for unlawful fixing with its distributors of minimum prices offered to consumers by retail sellers [2]. The decision is interconnected with the other one [3] not only because of the same practice in question involved (price fixing) but also because of the fact that PHU Jubiler and Anyro & Co are members of the same capital group.
