The Croatian Competition Authority finds no abuse of dominance in the royalty collecting mechanism applied by the national collecting society for copyrighted music (Croatian Composers’ Society)

On 16 December 2010 the Croatian Competition Authority (AZTN) [1] completed its investigation into the royalties collecting mechanism administered by the national collecting society for copyrighted music – the Croatian Composers' Society (HDS-ZAMP) [2] and found no abuse of dominant position alleged by the applicants. The AZTN's investigation was prompted by the complaints of several cable TV companies.
