The Paris Court of Appeal sentences a distributor for violating exclusive dealing agreement (Fnac/Kadeos)

I. Summary FNAC was sentenced for illegally violating an exclusive agreement with Kadeos for the distribution of gift payment cards. II. Facts Up to 2007, FNAC and KADEOS were two banners of the PPR distribution group (among other brands such as CONFORAMA or REDCATS). PPR developed KADEOS vouchers in order to increase its sales.
