EFTA: The EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) adopts new Guidelines on Vertical Restraints* On 15 December 2010, the ESA adopted new Guidelines on the application of Article 53 EEA to vertical agreements. These Guidelines entered into force on the day of their adoption. A revised Block Exemption Regulation for vertical agreements adopted by the European Commission (Commission Regulation (EU) No 330/2010) entered into force on 1 June 2010.
