The Macedonian Administrative Court upholds the Competition Authority’s decision establishing abusive charges on the electricity distribution market (Elektrostopanstvo)

On 10 December 2009 the Macedonian Administrative Court has put a full stop in a lengthy litigation process between the Macedonian Competition Authority (KZK) [1] and incumbent electricity provider Elektrostopanstvo [2], which according to the KZK has abused its dominant position on the market for electricity distribution.
