Italy: The Antitrust Authority accepts Binding Commitments by Enel, Enel Distribuzione and Enel Servizio Elettrico On 10 December 2009, the Italian Competition Authority (ICA) accepted binding commitments by ENEL SpA (a holding of the Enel group), ENEL Distribuzione SpA (which manages electricity distribution networks) and ENEL Servizio Elettrico SpA (a former supplier of last resort for non domestic customers on the ENEL Distribuzione network). Proceedings were launched in October 2008
