The Macedonian Administrative Court upholds the Competition Authority’s decisions establishing abusive charges on the mobile telecommunications market (T-Mobile)

In December 2009 the Macedonian Administrative Court has put a full stop in a lengthy litigation process between the Macedonian Competition Authority (KZK) [1] and two mobile phone operators Cosmofon [2] and T-Mobile Macedonia [3] which according to the KZK have abused their dominant positions on the markets for mobile phone call termination on their own network. The story has commenced in February 2008 when KZK found that Cosmofon and T-Mobile Macedonia have abused their dominant positions on the relevant markets by charging the callers to their networks not from the moment when they started to narrate the voice message but from the moment when the voicemail service
