The European General Court reduces fines in appeal of readopted "soda ash" cartel decision (Solvay)

On 17 December 2009, the General Court (GC) issued its judgments on appeals brought by Solvay against European Commission decisions finding that it had infringed Articles 101 and 102 TFEU for its participation in a cartel affecting the market for soda ash and the abuse of its dominant position on the same market.
