On December 29, 2008, the Spanish Competition Authority (“SCA”) considered that Associació Deportiva Internacional de Propietaris de Patins a Vela (“ADIPAV”), a consumer association for catamarans (patines a vela), infringed Article 1 of the Spanish Competition Act by adopting a technical regulation obliging catamaran manufacturers not to increase their current prices.
