The Serbian Competition Authority adopts a decision against fifteen pharmaceutical companies for fixing trade conditions (Hemofarm, Galenika, Zdravlje and others)

Following a complaint by a distributor of pharmaceutical products Radakom d.o.o., the Serbian Competition Authority (“Komisija za zastitu konkurencije”) started an investigation concerning fixing of trade conditions in pharmaceutical sector against fifteen companies in Serbia : Hemofarm a.d., Galenika a.d., Zdravlje a.d., Jugoremedija a.d., Habitfarm a.d., Srbolek a.d., Slaviamed d.o.o., Pharma Swiss d.o.o., Velefarm a.d., Vetfarm a.d., Farmalogist d.o.o., Jugohemija Farmacija d.o.o., Vetprom Hemikalije a.d., Farmanova Veleprodaja d.o.o. and Unihemkom d.o.o. The Competition Authority determined that these companies fixed uniform trading conditions for pharmaceutical products offered in a public tender procedure.
