The Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf rules on refusal to supply case in the market for travel lodge cards

In its recently published decision dated 5 December 2007, the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf held that a leading undertaking in the travel services market had abused its dominant position by refusing to supply to a travel lodge card supplier authorisations to issue VAT information on the same terms given to its own subsidiary.
