Decision in Hearing against Kanto Kogyo Co., Ltd.* The Japan Fair Trade Commission (“JFTC”) rendered an initial decision for the hearing against the respondent Kanto Kogyo Co., Ltd. (hereafter “respondent”) on September 28, 2001, and thereafter had a hearing examiner conduct the hearing proceedings.
