The Serbian Competition Authority issues its fining guidelines

The Law on Protection of Competition [1] is applied by the Serbian Competition Authority (KZK) [2] from 1 November 2009 [3]. At the same time it took some time for the Government to adopt the secondary legislation that would regulate in more detail the substantive and procedural aspects of the KZK‘s activity. Some of the secondary legislation was adopted shortly after the entering into force of the competition law [4], while adoption of others was pending until recently. In the meantime KZK had to issue individual opinions in order to explain its interpretation and application of the relevant legal norms
