In its decision of 28 November 2011, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (hereinafter the “Polish Competition Authority”) imposed a fine on Inco-Veritas S.A. in the amount of PLN 2,047,475.10 (equivalent of EUR 517,000) for the lack of cooperation during a control carried out in the investigation procedure.
