1. Introduction In March 2013 Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has issued new guidelines concerning access to justice in competition law matters. The formulation is direct and pedagogically constructed. The addressees are advised on how to bring a complaint against an undertaking and how to respond to a complaint brought against their undertaking. Moreover the available remedies are explained and a guide on how to obtain support for a correct interpretation and application of competition rules is provided. I will navigate through these guidelines and subsequently provide a succinct analysis of the Danish framework for public enforcement of competition law and access to justice.
