The Competition Commission of Singapore publishes its market study on the competition assessment on the industrial property market

On 2 April 2013, the Competition Commission of Singapore (the “CCS”) published a market study entitled “Competition Assessment on the Industrial Property Market in Singapore” (the “Market Study”). The Market Study contains the CCS’ competition assessment of the industrial property market in Singapore for the period from 2002 to Q1 2012 and considers, in particular, whether any industry practices or regulations may distort competition in that market. The information in the Market Study is based upon an independent report commissioned by the CCS, from Colliers International, on the market for industrial property in Singapore, based on both general market knowledge and primary sources.
