Poland: PGNiG’s Commitments in Abuse of Dominance Case in Gas Sector* On 13 April 2012, UOKiK adopted a decision which renders the commitments offered by Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG) binding in the framework of proceedings relating to an alleged abuse of dominant position on the Polish natural gas market.
