The Austrian Supreme Court finds that promotional giveaway is not predatory pricing

In a recently published decision of 8 April 2008, the Austrian Supreme Court assessed whether a newspaper undertaking involved in distribution abused its dominant position by offering a motorway permit sticker for free with new subscriptions. The undertaking, dominant on the Austrian market for daily newspapers, promoted its annual subscription for the price of € 225.60 with a motorway
