Factual Background Prior to the proposed acquisition in question, “Info-Quest” held from the 25 of October 2006, 32,976% of the share capital in “Unisystems”. This particular shareholding was reached following an acquisition of 12.700.000 common personal shares (with voting rights) from the main shareholder of “Unisystems” at the relevant time. The operation in question consisted of a “good-faith” intention on the part of Infoquest to increase through public bid its share holding in Unisystems to 48,92 %.
