On February 24th, 2014, The Lithuanian Supreme Administrative Court supported decision of Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania (hereafter – NCA) where the latter refused to start an investigation concerning different standards for new and used vehicles . The question was as tightly related to procedural provisions – according to the applicant, NCA not only provided an inaccurate conclusion, but the qualification could not be provided without an investigation as process started. It is noteworthy, that more than 15 months have passed between the time of appeal against the NCA decision and the moment the mentioned decision was taken, which is last and may not be disputed.
