Zoran Šoljaga is an attorney-at-law with Moravčević Vojnović i Partneri AOD in cooperation with Schoenherr focused on competition and anti-trust matters and general compliance in Serbia and the wider region. Before joining Schoenherr in 2016, Zoran worked for seven years as a senior legal advisor in Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition. During his time in the Competition Authority, he worked on competition cases involving companies in energy, food production and retail, telecommunication, transport, pharmaceutical, public services and other relevant industries, with respect to restrictive agreements, bid-rigging, abuse of dominant position and merger control proceedings. Zoran was a representative of the Serbian Competition Authority to the Negotiation Group for Chapter 8-Competition policy, related to the accession process of the Republic Serbia to the European Union. Zoran graduated from the University of Law Nancy, France, (LL.M. 2004) and University of Law Belgrade, (LL.B. 2002).
