Yulia Tosheva is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Litigation and Counselling Practice Group. Her practice focuses on competition law at European Union level and in the United Kingdom. She specialises in merger control, state aid and the antitrust aspects of joint ventures, distribution and agency agreements. Before joining Constantine Cannon, Miss Tosheva trained in the competition law departments of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
