Yong Lim is an Assistant Professor at Seoul National University, School of Law. He is also the co-director of the SNU AI Policy Initiative at SNU’s Center for Law and Economics, as well as the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the SNU School of Law. His areas of specialization include antitrust & competition, consumer protection, and information technology law. He obtained his SJD at Harvard Law School (The Rules of the Game in a New World: Antitrust and the New Frontier of Digitized Personal Information). Prior to joining academia, Yong practiced law at Kim & Chang in Seoul, Korea, where he was a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition, Private Equity and Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups.
