Her recent representation includes: representing a class of large retailers in an antitrust case against payment card networks and banks; counseling a large technology company regarding its antitrust policy; defending a Japanese airline in a section one of the Sherman Act claim in a civil antitrust litigation; representing a whistleblower in a federal False Claims Act case alleging Stark law and anti-kickback statute violations; and representing the State of New York in several lawsuits in federal and state courts challenging certain regulations promulgated by the New York State Department of Health. Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, she was an attorney at an AmLaw 200 firm where she focused on complex commercial litigation. She has also represented clients in matters including federal investigations and compliance related to product liability, financial regulations and requirements, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Yo W. Shiina graduated from Fordham University, School of Law in 2015 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keio University in Japan. Yo is fluent both in English and Japanese.
