Ms. Zhan YANG served as antitrust lawyer with extensive experiences in Antitrust & Competition Law, including antitrust administrative investigations, merger control filings, implementations of commitments of antitrust investigations and conditional merger control clearance, private antitrust litigations and antitrust compliance. Ms. YANG previously represented for clients in more than a hundred merger control filings to MOFCOM/SAMR and implementation of PRC merger control commitments. Ms. YANG handled dawn raids and complicated investigations by NDRC/SAMR and assisted clients to obtain exemption from punishment, which mainly involved automobile, internet, port, container liner shipping, specialty chemicals, computer technology industries. Ms. YANG participated in the first non follow-on private antitrust litigation of horizontal monopoly agreement in China. In addition, Ms. YANG provided antitrust compliance services for clients’ pricing policies, business contracts, strategic cooperation, competitive strategies, distribution channels and sales model.
