Winston Kiang
Winston Kiang is currently Asia Pacific Regional Competition Law Counsel for Intel, based in Hong Kong. He joined Intel in 2000 to manage the Japan Legal team in Tokyo. In 2005, he was given additional responsibilities of leading the legal team that supported Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group across Greater Asia. He assumed his current Regional Competition Law Counsel role in 2017. Winston has experience with a wide range of international sales and marketing issues, cross-jurisdictional antitrust litigation, and intellectual property licensing. He spent time with Intel’s Ethics and Legal Compliance team, Corporate Licensing Group, and managing the Sales and Marketing Group Legal Team in the United States. Prior to joining Intel, Winston was a partner of Davis LLP (now DLA Piper). He is admitted to practice law in California, British Columbia, Hong Kong, England and Wales. He speaks Japanese and Chinese (Cantonese and conversational Mandarin).
