Victor Fernandes is a Ph.D. Candidate in Law at the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds a Master of Law Degree from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is Economic Law Lecturer at the Brazilian Public Law Institute (IDP). He has served as a Legal Advisor for Regulated Industries at the Brazilian Presidency of the Republic, as a Chief of Staff at the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Brazilian competition authority) and currently clerks for a Justice at the Brazilian Supreme Court.
