


Susan Hinchliffe
Susan Hinchliffe is a partner specialised in Competition and Antitrust of Clifford Chance since June 2021. Prior to that, she was Global Executive Counsel – Competition Law & Policy at General Electric Company (GE). Sue is based in London and Brussels and was part of a core team of several lawyers globally who advice GE on competition issues. That advice focuses to a large extent on merger control but also includes advice on a full range of Article 101 and 102 type issues in Europe as well as across GE’s business globally. Prior to joining GE earlier in 2016, Sue was at Arnold & Porter LLP for 20 years and for 10 years was a partner in their antitrust practice group based in London and Brussels.
