Sujin Chan-Allen is an associate in the Antitrust practice. She focuses on antitrust, State aid and international trade law. Sujin advises global businesses on all aspects of EU Competition law, with particular experience in complex multi-jurisdictional mergers, as well as compliance in behavioural and contractual matters. She also advises on a range on international trade issues. Prior to joining the firm, Sujin was at the Brussels office of an American law firm, where she was recently seconded to a multinational technology company in Paris as acting Head of Global Antitrust. Previously she was counsel at the Trade Law Bureau of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Government of Canada.
