He is a junior associate and member of the Technology & Communications and Intellectual Property Groups, based in the Bratislava office. His primary focus is intellectual property law, IT law and data protection, including new areas of technology and fast growth tech issues. In addition, he uses his experience of complex legal strategy to advise clients in the life sciences, healthcare and gambling industries. He manages intellectual property disputes for market-leading companies and protect their business interests. He has advised clients who include international and local companies, as well as government and European institutions. Bird & Bird has been recognised by clients as a great international team. Frequently, he provides advice in connection with multi-jurisdictional projects for companies with multinational operations, including M&A transactions and the implementation of global business strategies and risk management. He also has extensive experience in dealing with the day-to-day commercial issues that companies face such as regulatory, contract management, outsourcing, process infrastructure, advertising, AML compliance, product liability and employment related issues. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2016, he worked for a local Slovak law firm. Prior to that he had work experience from a prosecutor’s office in Bratislava and a law firm in Birmingham, UK. In addition to my native Slovak, he speaks fluent English.
