


Rima Alaily
Rima Alaily works as Deputy General Counsel for Competition Law at Microsoft where she leads the Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs department. In this position she helps the company comply with the competition laws around the world, close mergers and acquisitions, and respond to investigations. She also engages with regulators, academics, and others to consider the role of competition law in the face of the changing economy and the development of new technology. She hold a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Public Policy from Brown University.
