LI Qing is the current Deputy Director General of the Price Supervision and Anti-Unfair Competition Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, where she is in charge of anti-unfair competition and fair competition investigations. Ms LI has led a number of price monopoly cases and has extensive antitrust enforcement and competition policy promotion experience. She has participated in multiple research projects on competition policy topics and has extensive theoretical knowledge in competition policy. Since 2016, she has been in charge of researching and formulating a Fair Competition Review System. She is the main author of the “Guofa No. 34 Document,” and has promoted the launch and implementation of the Fair Competition Review System. Ms LI actively promotes international cooperation on anti-monopoly and has organized and participated in a number of conferences and activities.
