Pierre Picard

Pierre Picard is a professor of economics at Ecole Polytechnique (Palaiseau - France) since 2006, and chair of the Department of Economics. His research interests are the risk and insurance fields, incentives, and contracts. He also is an editor within the Annals of Economics and Statistics since 2013. He studied at HEC School of Management in Paris from 1971 to 1974. He holds a PhD in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics (Paris I University) and a PhD in Economics (Paris I University).
