Paul serves as legal counsel in the Litigation team at Hogan Lovells. He has experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, particular expertise in antitrust competition litigation with a focus on claims for damages and injunctive relief before the English High Court arising out of anti-competitive conduct. His recent work includes group actions, multi-party lead case litigation, and the use of technology in large scale litigation and includes two of the most significant UK competition litigation cases of the last 10 years (the National Grid/GIS and Air Cargo damages claims). These cases have regularly been shortlisted for awards, including: The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases for 2014; Global Competition Review Matter of the Year 2015 and 2016; and Global Competition Review Litigation of the Year 2013, 2015 and 2018. Recently described by Legal500 as “Superb” and "a highly recommended counsel". Who’s Who Legal Competition Future Leader 2018.
