Pascale Bibi’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters. She has represented corporations, directors, and financial institutions in securities, shareholder derivative, M&A, bankruptcy, and general commercial litigation, including in state and federal courts. Pascale has experience representing clients before a variety of domestic and international authorities, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the UK Serious Fraud Office and Financial Conduct Authority. She was also a member of a team that successfully litigated a Voting Rights Act Section 2 claim in Jones County, North Carolina, leading to the implementation of a new electoral map for the 2018 elections.
