Matthew E. Joseph is an antitrust and litigation associate resident in Fried Frank’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Joseph’s antitrust and competition practice focuses on antitrust investigations and matters relating to the clearance of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. His practice also includes counseling and training on antitrust compliance matters. Mr. Joseph has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries, including media, consumer products, food, aerospace, information technology, and education. In addition to his antitrust and competition practice, Mr. Joseph has experience in white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and general civil litigation. His litigation practice focuses on all aspects of corporate litigation, including white collar criminal investigations, securities matters, regulatory inquiries, complex commercial disputes, False Claims Act litigation, and post-judgment enforcement.
