Marie Lamoureux is Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Aix-Marseille University (France), where she teaches energy law, contract and tort law. She is Director of the Master’s degree in energy law (Aix-Marseille University). She is a member of the « International, Comparative and European Law » team (DICE, UMR 7318, CNRS/Aix-Marseille University). She is the author of numerous publications on energy law, contract and tort law, notably “Droit de l’énergie” (Précis Domat, LGDJ, 2020).
