Margaux Serra, Associate, is a member of Bredin Prat’s Competition and EU Law team. She assists international clients before the French and European courts and competition authorities, in cases covering all aspects of competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, State aid). Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Margaux is a graduate of the University of Montpellier (Magistère DJCE, Master’s in business and tax law, 2015, Certificate of Specialisation in economic law).
