Rapporteur

Since July 2018, Loïc Rochas is a rapporteur at the Competition Authority of New Caledonia (ACNC) set up in March 2018. Prior to joining the ACNC, he worked for 5 years as a case handler within the Directorate-General for competition (DG COMP) in Brussels. From 2011 until 2013, he worked as an associate in the Brussels office of Gide Loyrette Nouel. Mr Rochas (LLM) is a French qualified lawyer and graduated from Sciences-Po Paris in 2008.
