Liana is a researcher interested in the EU and International Trade and Competition Law, focusing on transplanting of competition frameworks to developing countries and adapting the latter to their market characteristics in order to ensure their efficiency. Her current research project focuses on the optimization of the Competition Framework of Georgia based on the relevant EU experience. In addition, she works on projects which raise awareness regarding the importance of competition law among academics, practitioners and general public.
