Ken Chia is member of the Firm’s IT/C, Global Trade & Commerce and Competition Practice Groups and sits on the Firm’s Global Privacy Steering Committee. He has acted for a Government agency on its proposed market definition guidelines and public consultation process, on various merger filings before the CCS and IDA, on various cartel investigations including an appeal to the Competition Appeal Board, and advises on competition issues arising from a wide range commercial agreements throughout the region. Ken read law at Cambridge and has also an MSc from Stirling University. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and is a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPT) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
