Juliette Théry-Schultz is Chief of the Legal service of the French Competition Authority (Autorité de la concurrence). Previously, Juliette was head of unit, responsible for managing antitrust cases and preparing the Authority’s opinions on draft legislation in the media, agriculture and banking sectors; a seconded national expert at the European Commission (DG COMP) and legal advisor at the Autorité. Juliette holds a doctorate in law and a Professional Lawyer’s Certificate (CAPA).
