Dr. Duh is an economist and Co-Leader of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at The Brattle Group. She specializes in applying economic and statistical analyses in litigation with a focus on the health services, pharmaceutical, and medical devices industries. Dr. Duh has served as a testifying expert and a summary witness for trial, and has lead teams on multiple matters involving complex datasets and econometric modeling to assess liability and damages. Her recent casework includes the analysis of anticompetitive conduct in the medical devices industry, estimation of historical and future costs for state governments related to the opioid epidemic, and application of econometric tools to evaluate medical overbilling allegations. Dr. Duh received her Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University and B.S. in economics from MIT.
