Ivan Pico focuses on all aspects of EU and competition law, with a particular experience in global cartel investigations and multi-jurisdictional merger control. He has particular knowledge in the maritime, high-tech and heavy industries sectors. Ivan studied law at the Universiteit Gent and holds an LL.M. in International and European law from the Institute for European Studies (Vrije Universiteit Brussel). Prior to joining Hogan Lovells he was a trainee at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition where he focused on cartel investigations in various industries.
