Godefroy de Moncuit holds a PhD in competition law from University of Paris-Saclay/Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines. His thesis focuses on lucrative infrigement and has been awarded The 2019 Concurrences Best PhD Award and 2019 Prix Jacques Lassier from the LIDC. He is Lecturer at Centrale Supelec and Research Associate at Paris Saclay/Versailles University. Recently, he was the co-director of the Nîmes post graduate program on predictive justice, artificial intelligence and LegalTech. His researches focus on contracts, competition, market, governance of companies and digital law.
