Member of the Paris Bar since 2007, Franck Audran is specialized in French and European competition law (cartels, dominant positions, merger control). After joining Gide’s Bucharest office in 2007, Franck joined the Economic and European Law team in the Paris office. He was also seconded to the firm’s Budapest office, which he co-headed from 2014 to 2015. He holds a post-graduate degree (DEA) in Business Law and Economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2005) and a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Erlangen, Germany (2004).
